2020 Fees, Add On-Demand to Full Conference In-Person Registration

It's the best of both worlds – get all the benefits of in-person participation and watch additional sessions (or rewatch your favorites!) when you get home. (Access available beginning August 17.)

Thanks to a special partnership with the Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association (TSHA), TSHA members who register for the full conference can receive complimentary access to Connect On-Demand. (TSHA members must be sure to add Connect On-Demand during the registration process to get on-demand access for free.)

Pre-Conference Workshops

Pre-conference workshops (topics to be announced), jointly planned and offered by the Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association (TSHA) and ASHA Professional Development, will be held on July 9, from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. The cost for a pre-conference workshop is $40 for Texas residents and $80 for all other participants.

Group Discount

When two or more people from the same workplace register in the same payment transaction, receive a 10% discount on each registration. 

Group discount applies to full conference in-person and On-Demand-only registrations (not one day or half day). Group discount does not apply to pre-conference workshops, special event tickets, or adding On-Demand to in-person registration. Group discount does not apply to student rates. To receive group discount, payment must be made in one transaction (check or credit card). Each registrant can select from among the three Connect conferences on the individual registration form. Badges will be mailed to each registrant at the address provided on the individual registration form.

Payment

Checks (made payable to ASHA), Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are acceptable forms of payment. Purchase orders will not be accepted. Full payment must be received in order for registration to be processed. Registration is guaranteed only after Visa/MasterCard/Discover has been approved or your check has cleared. If your credit card is declined or your check is returned, ASHA reserves the right to cancel registration if an alternate approved payment is not supplied.

Please be advised that ASHA is not responsible for checks or letters lost or delayed in the mail, or fax transmissions that are not received and/or are illegible.

Note: If you fax your registration, do not also mail the registration form. Doing so may result in duplicate charges to your credit card.

Receipts

All attendees who register online will receive a receipt/confirmation via email upon completion of the registration process and payment. 

Cancellation Policy

Change of plans? If you need to cancel your registration, we must have your request in writing. You must send your written notice of cancellation via email or via postal mail. Cancellation requests received before July 1 will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee, prior to the conference. Donations and tickets for the ASHFoundation fundraiser are nonrefundable. All cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment. If paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the card on record, generally within 72 hours of the request. Payments made by check will be refunded as a check and may take up to 30 days to process. Any cancellation request received after July 1 will be refunded AFTER the conference, less a $75 fee. The cancellation fee is a processing fee and cannot be waived.

Special event tickets and donations are nonrefundable. Cancelling your conference registration does not cancel your hotel reservation. Contact the ASHA Connect Housing Center for assistance.
