Exhibit Fees

The exhibit fee is $1050 per 10' x 10' booth package (additional $50 corner premium fee). The exhibit fee includes:

  • One 6' draped table with two chairs
  • Carpeting
  • 7"x44" identification sign
  • A complimentary listing on the online floor plan, mobile app, and program book
  • Three badges: One full conference registration badge and two exhibit hall-only badges
  • One complimentary post-conference attendee list provided via e-mail after the conference (names, affiliations if provided, and mailing addresses of those who opted to share their contact information; no e-mail addresses or phone numbers)
  • On-site security from Thursday, July 6, through Saturday, July 8

Member Tables 

ASHA members who have their own businesses can exhibit for $650. Space is limited and restrictions apply. Contact Renee Tross at for more information. 

Connect Special 

All-inclusive 10’x10’ booth package plus a half-page, four color ad in the conference program book, segmented pre-conference list based on your company’s needs, and $1,000 toward a sponsorship opportunity. All for $2,950 (a $3,820 value)!

There is a $100 fee per additional badge. The fee covers meals only, not education sessions. There is also a $199 fee per additional full conference registration badge (limit two per 10’x10’ booth).

Fill out the online application and submit your payment to participate in Connect 2017.

Submit your online application by May 12 to ensure that your company is properly promoted in the on-site conference program book.

Exhibits will be located in Elite Hall of the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.

Exhibitors are required to staff their table during the Opening Reception, lunches, designated exhibit times, and refreshment breaks, but are not required to staff their exhibit between these functions. (This will be left to the discretion of the exhibitor and based on traffic flow.)

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, fax, or postal mail by close of business on May 8, 2017, to receive a refund, less $250, of your booth fee. If you cancel after May 8, 2017, you will forfeit your entire booth fee.

Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations

ASHA is not using the services of a housing company for the 2017 Connect conferences. Reservations will be accepted directly by the two official hotels contracted by ASHA, the Hyatt Regency New Orleans and the Holiday Inn Downtown Superdome, beginning April 18, 2017. Complete reservation and contact information will be available via the Exhibitor Service Center when housing opens that day.

Please know that most reputable housing companies do not solicit or initiate contact with you and that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies may have costly consequences. Other companies may not provide the prices, service, and reliability available from the hotels and partners with whom ASHA contracts.
