In order to gain certification by any of these associations, you must submit the required application form and demonstrate that you meet any conditions that were agreed upon when the Mutual Recognition Agreement was negotiated. To do this, contact the association(s) below that you are interested in to request the appropriate materials, and view their websites to read the most current information on the process.

Individuals who wish to apply for ASHA certification under the terms of this agreement must use the  Application Instructions and Form [PDF] for applicants under the Mutual Recognition Agreement.
