- Facilitates the continued recruitment and retention of racial/ethnic minority students
Who is S.T.E.P. for?
Students who are from racial/ethnic minority backgrounds enrolled in CSD programs. All students enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs in communication sciences and disorders are eligible to apply, however, preference for program placement and matching with mentors will be given to students from racial/ethnic backgrounds that have been historically underrepresented in the communication sciences and disorders professions.
