Travel Award Eligibility

Mentor must be a seasoned investigator in either an academic or health care setting.


The Application Packet Should Consist of the Following:
  • A completed application form
  • An outlined plan to extend the mentoring relationship beyond the Symposium
  • A current curriculum vitae

Applicants must complete and submit both the Mentor and Mentee Application Forms online no later than May 1, 2008.
