Learn to interpret videofluoroscopic swallowing studies in order to identify swallowing disorders and determine treatment options. Numerous case studies of individuals with differing medical etiologies are presented using written descriptors, video clips, and audio instruction.

Learning Outcomes
You will be able to:

• identify anatomical structures for swallowing on a radiographic image
• identify swallowing disorders from a radiographic study
• determine appropriate treatment options for a variety of swallowing disorders
• discuss appropriate uses of compensatory swallowing techniques and maneuvers
