This program reviews the prevalence, etiology, and classic characteristics of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) and demonstrates the Dix-Hallpike test and other testing techniques.  Posterior, anterior, and horizontal canal BPPV and variants are discussed. Treatment techniques, including the canalith repositioning procedure, Brandt-Daroff exercise, and liberatory (Semont) maneuver, are demonstrated, with emphasis on selecting treatment appropriate to the form of BPPV.

Purchase of this product includes one test login. Additional test logins for this product allow you and your colleagues to share the learning. If you already have access to the CD-ROM, save money by selecting this option from the drop-down menu.
