If you understand the basic concepts and intent of a workload approach to school-based service delivery, and are willing to commit time and energy to move toward implementation in your setting, this special, limited-attendance program is for you! Guided by experts, you will develop implementation goals and an action plan appropriate for your situation. You'll receive coaching and support for continued learning about process tools, workload approaches, and change management strategies through the next year. Note: you must attend the full day of activities on Saturday to earn CEUs. Additional CEUs will be awarded for post-Conference activities.
Attendance limited to 35 qualified participants. Check the box on the registration form to receive more information on the program's requirements and activities, and an application form. You must register for the Schools Conference to participate. There is no additional fee for post-Conference activities or CEUs.
