Exhibitors, please be advised of recent unofficial solicitations which may target you. Fair Guide/Construct Data Publishers from Slovakia has been contacting exhibitors to solicit information regarding their exhibitor listings. This is a scam and this company is in no way affiliated with ASHA. Do not sign up for their "free" listing. Fair Guide/Construct Data Publishers obtains copies of Exhibit Guides at different events, sends solicitations for a "free" listing to exhibitors, and then invoices the exhibitors, sometimes for thousands of dollars. We were only recently made aware of this by our exhibitors. Please protect yourself by contacting us first at exhibits@asha.org to verify authenticity should you receive any letter, e-mail or even a phone call solicitation that does not seem official.

The 2012 ASHA Exhibit Application and forms will be coming soon. Application forms must be printed, completed, and mailed or faxed with payment (see address and fax number on application). Secure prime exhibit space for this year's Convention by submitting your application and booth payment today.

ASHA is now assigning new exhibiting companies booth space. Applications with payment will be processed on a first come/first serve basis.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor registration and housing are now closed.

Please note that ASHA has been alerted that Trade Show Housing of Grover Beach, California, Trade Fair Services of Chicago, Illinois, and Global Housing of Nevada have been contacting ASHA exhibitors about hotel reservations in San Diego. J. Spargo & Associates is the only official housing company for ASHA. For your own protection, please do not make reservations through any unknown housing or travel company. A legitimate company would not call or contact you unless you had initiated contact with them first. If you receive a call or email from any company that is not our official housing provider, please contact us immediately at convention@asha.org.
