Convention Travel Discounts
Consider booking your plane tickets through ASHA to take advantage of our negotiated discounts.
Airline
Association Travel Concepts (ATC) is ASHA's official travel agency for airline travel. ATC offers these cost-saving options:
United Airlines: 800-521-4041 (ID # 510CK)
- Up to 5% off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased more than 30 days prior to the convention. Restrictions apply and not all classes of service apply for the 5% discount.
American Airlines: 800-433-1790 (ID # 81N2AZ)
- Receive 5% off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased prior to the meeting.
ATC will also search for the lowest available fare on any airline. Reservations can be made online, by email or by fax:
Online reservation fee is $10, and the e-mail, fax or call-in reservation fee is $35. ATC agents are available for reservations from 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Some restrictions may apply.
