- On the confirmation page, check off that you want to be a part of the Resume Star Program.
- May through September—Contact recruitment advertising sales staff to discuss options for promoting your Career Fair booth.
- September 5—Registered Career Fair Participants can submit a free company profile to be included in the on-site Exhibits and Program Sessions Guide.
- September 15—Post your free online job posting. (Use your username and password to login as an "Existing Employer". Under "Links", click "Post a Job", then check the box next to "ASHA's 2009 Career Fair".)
- October 19—Submit Career Fair Exhibitors Lunch Ticket Form [PDF]
- October 30—If you are not a registered Convention attendee, submit names for Career Fair badges.
- November 10—Deadline for Champion to receive advance warehouse shipments
