Open Houses During 2009 ASHA Convention

The deadline to submit an Open House Reservation Request Form was July 31, 2009. If you have questions about Open Houses or would like to inquire about space availability, please e-mail convention@asha.org.

Notifications regarding space assignments will be sent in early September, as well as contact information for the New Orleans Marriott Convention Center or the New Orleans Hilton Riverside and the catering manager at the respective location. Groups may contact the catering manager regarding the food and beverages desired for their event once notification about their room assignment has been received.

The New Orleans Marriott Convention Center has developed several food and beverage packages [PDF] at various prices from which groups may choose for their event. Groups may also work with the hotel to create a customized food and beverage package or modify one of the existing packages.
