I ordered an ASHA print self-study. Will I still receive the printed articles with the ASHA Learning Center?

Yes! You'll receive the printed articles in the mail. When you feel prepared to take the test, login to the ASHA Learning Center, access the course, and select "exam" on the left-hand navigation bar. Remember, with the Learning Center, you'll get test results and Certificates of Completion immediately!

I ordered an ASHA print journal self-study program, but I didn't receive a test packet. How can I take the test?

With the ASHA Learning Center, you will no longer receive paper tests. Instead, tests are taken online through the center. To take the test, follow these easy steps:

  1. Login to the ASHA Learning Center.
  2. Launch the course.
  3. Select "exam" on the left navigation bar.

I ordered an ASHA multimedia (CD or DVD) self-study program, but I didn't receive a test packet. How do I take the test?

I signed up for an ASHA Live Web Seminar. How does this work with the ASHA Learning Center?

Once you sign up for a Live Web Seminar, you'll receive instructions detailing how to access, participate in, and earn CEUs for the seminar.

I purchased an ASHA program several months ago but have not completed it. It has a paper test. Do I take this paper test or do I go to the ASHA Learning Center?

In this case, complete the paper test then submit it as instructed on the test.

Can I review the test questions before taking the exam?

Our tests have an open-book approach. You may start a test, close it, flag questions, and review your answers as often as you like before submitting your final test.

What happens if I don't pass the test for an ASHA Professional Development course?

If you don't pass the test on your first try, you may retake it an additional two times—for a total of three attempts. Remember, our tests have an open-book approach. You may start a test, close it, flag questions, and review your answers as often as you like before submitting your final test.

What happens if I don't pass the test on the third and final attempt?

I signed up for an ASHA Web Workshop. How does this work with the ASHA Learning Center?

Once you sign up for a Web Workshop, you'll receive instructions detailing how to access and earn CEUs for the workshop.

My employer purchased additional manuals for my colleagues and me. How do I access the materials and exam?

When additional manuals are purchased, the employer receives a unique auto-enroll link for each participant. First, check with your employer. Once you receive the link from your employer, login to the ASHA Learning Center and use the auto-enroll link to access to the course materials and exam.

A group of colleagues and I ordered additional manuals. How do I access the materials and exam?

When a group purchases additional manuals, the person who purchased the item receives a unique auto-enroll link for participants. First, check with the person who ordered the manuals. Once you receive the link from that person, login to the ASHA Learning Center and use the auto-enroll link to access to the course materials and exam.
