How the ASHA CE Registry Works
|
- Pay the ASHA CE Registry Annual Fee.
- Complete courses offered by an ASHA Approved CE Provider. Look for the logo below and participate in an ASHA Approved CE Providers' course or develop an Independent Study Plan through an ASHA Approved Independent Study Provider.

- Fill out an ASHA CEU Participant Form [PDF], and submit to the Provider before leaving the course. Follow the instructions for earning ASHA CEUs as directed by the ASHA Approved CE Provider. After the ASHA Approved CE Provider verifies your satisfactory completion of the course, they will forward your form to the ASHA CE Registry. It is important that you submit your form to the Provider before you leave the activity. The ASHA CE Registry cannot accept participant forms mailed from the participant.
- Get a copy of your official transcript. Transcripts are sent out upon your request and are issued free for each calendar year you have paid the ASHA CE Registry fee. At this time, ASHA is not able to provide secure online access to continuing education transcripts. However, you may request a transcript through our online form, and it will be mailed within 2 business days if your CE Registry fees are paid and all courses are posted.
- Find out what's on your ASHA CE Registry transcript. We can e-mail you a listing of the courses and ASHA CEUs on your transcript or give us a call (800-498-2071). ASHA staff are available from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.
