The U.S. Department of Education (ED) has released further guidance and fact sheets on the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) funding for education, including the State Fiscal Stabilization Fund, Title 1 of ESEA, and IDEA Parts B and C.
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Public Law 111-5, was signed into law by President Obama on February 17, 2009. ARRA provides funding for education, health care, research, and infrastructure needs.
