Review Materials for CAA Site Visit
As the program and site visitors prepare for the visit, the following is a list of suggested materials that programs should have available for the site visit team's review. The program director should work with the site visit team chair to identify any other materials that would be needed for the purpose of the site visit.
Programs are strongly encouraged to provide the site visit team access to these materials at least two weeks in advance of the site visit, when possible. Not all materials need to be in hard copy, but may be accessible through the institution's or program's web site or other software. Site visitors have reported that having materials in advance—by uploading to flash drives or establishing a unique web site to which they have access—has increased their efficiency during the visit.
