After a day of educational sessions and an evening exploring the Disney parks, the ASHFoundation's Dessert and Fireworks Magical Reception will be one of the highlights of the 2008 Schools Conference.
The American Speech-Language-Hearing Foundation's reception, on Sat., July 26, at 9 p.m., will feature a dessert extravaganza, cash bar, and the impressive sights and sounds of the "Wishes" fireworks display from the Magic Kingdom Park, all from the private patio of Disney's Contemporary Resort.
Come network with friends and colleagues and enjoy a special viewing of the colorful display of the park's fireworks while supporting the ASHFoundation. A portion of the reception ticket price will support scholarship and research grant programs that help to ensure the next generation of schools professionals and evidence-based practices.
Tickets are $40. Names of registrants who sign up by June 11 will be entered in a drawing for an Orlando biplane ride.
