Operation Smile in Vietnam

Operation Smile's Speech Therapy-Vietnam Project is looking for SLPs with a high level of fluency in Vietnamese in addition to English fluency to volunteer for periods of two to four weeks in Vietnam; develop evaluation and therapy materials from home on an ongoing basis; and/or serve as a speech-language pathology resource via the Internet and/or phone for Speech Therapy-Vietnam Project members in Vietnam. Airfare, hotel, and some other expenses will be paid for approved trips to Vietnam. Native-level fluency in Vietnamese is required; ability to read and write Vietnamese would be a plus. Interested SLPs should contact Charlotte A. Ducote, PhD, CCC-SLP, at caducote@aol.com.
