Accommodating Today's Students

I agree with the article in The ASHA Leader Online by Ellen Uffen called, "Preparing Future Professionals: What's the Real Story?" Unfortunately, I recently had to drop out of a graduate program that had absolutely no flexibility. As a mother of two young children who was commuting 75 miles to school, I needed some flexibility and was turned down. I hope college administrators read your article and decide to reorganize their programs to accommodate the needs of today's students.
