Audiologist or Speech-Language Pathologist

Audiologist
State Licensure
- Master's degree (75 semester credit hours)
- 350 hour supervised clinical practicum
- 36 weeks of full-time or equivalent part-time supervised professional experience
- Passage of an examination
Continuing Education Requirement
10 clock hours per year. A maximum of 20 clock hours may be carried over from one renewal period to the next.
Support Personnel
To work as an audiology assistant, the individual must be state licensed (as an assistant) and have a baccalaureate degree with an emphasis on communicative sciences and disorders and no fewer than 25 hours of clinical observation and 25 hours of clinical assisting experience.
Speech-Language Pathologist
