Professional Bio

I completed my undergraduate in 1995 at the University of Virginia and my master's in 1997 at the University of Georgia. Upon graduation, I worked in a North Carolina private practice. After I married I moved to my husband's military duty station in Fairbanks, Alaska where I worked for an early intervention program and elementary school. I also volunteered as a firefighter and EMT. Once my husband's tour was completed, we moved back to Athens, Georgia where I worked for a hospital providing home based services to children and adults. In 2002, I opened a pediatric private practice in Dacula, Georgia, and I have recently opened a second location in Athens, Georgia. I hope to bring enthusiasm and a fresh prospective to this position.
