Professional Bio
After receiving a BS (Marywood College) and MA (St. Louis University) in Communication Disorders, my education continued at Johns Hopkins University and the University of Phoenix. My professional experience includes long term care, schools, hospitals, pediatric facilities, and private practice working with pediatric adult clients. I've earned numerous ACE Awards for continuing education and the 2000 AAPPSPA Achievement Award. I have taught at Wesley College and York College of Pennsylvania. Currently I'm a consultant/instructor for Cross Country Education and CIAO. My practice includes contracts with nursing homes, home health agencies, schools, and early intervention settings. I am Vice President of AAPPSPA and Program Chair for our annual conferences. This is my first year as a Pennsylvania representative for the Speech-Language Pathology Advisory Council.
