I have worked as a SLP in the state of Oregon since 1993. In that time, I have continued to look for ways to grow my professional skills, and promote the growth of our profession. A recent accomplishment was collaborating with a team of SLPs who were awarded a grant from ASHA to help promote and maintain highly qualified SLPs in our state.
I would be honored to serve on the SLP Advisory Council to represent not only the needs of our profession, but to represent the needs of all individuals with communication disabilities.
