Ad Hoc Committee on Governance Transition

Committee Charge

Develop the policies and procedures necessary for the transition from the current bicameral governance structure to the new unicameral governance structure as adopted by the Legislative Council in LC 1-2007; complete preparation of the revised ASHA Bylaws for consideration by the Legislative Council by June 15, 2007; complete work on the additional policies and procedures needed to implement the new governance structure by December 31, 2007; and monitor implementation of the new governance structure during 2008 and make any modifications to the policies and procedures necessary for full implementation of the new governance structure and process by December 31, 2008.
