- Complete the online registration form (you must enter your membership number to receive the discounted fee).
- Enter your MasterCard or Visa number (your registration will not go through without payment information).
- Submit your form.

Please note: Your registration must include payment by check or credit card. Purchase orders will not be accepted. Registrations without payment will not be processed. Checks should always be mailed with the accompanying registration form, never separately.
