- September 5—Registered Career Fair Participants can submit free company profile to be included in the on-site Exhibits and Program Sessions Guide
- September 10—Post your free online job posting (Use your username and password to login as an "Existing Employer". Under "Links", click "Post a Job", then check the box next to "ASHA's 2008 Career Fair".)
- October 30—If you are not a registered Convention attendee, submit names for Career Fair badges
- November 13—Deadline for Champion to receive advance warehouse shipments
