ED Opens FY2011 Competitions to Benefit Students with Disabilities

The Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services, U.S. Department of Education, has announced the availability of applications for the following fiscal year (FY) 2011 grant competitions: (i) Transition to College and Careers Center under the Technical Assistance and Dissemination to Improve Services and Results for Children with Disabilities; and (ii) Postsecondary Education Center for Individuals who are Deaf—Technical Assistance and Dissemination to Improve Services and Results for Children with Disabilities (TA&D); Personnel Development to Improve Services and Results for Children with Disabilities (Personnel Development); and Technology and Media Services for Individuals with Disabilities (T&M Services) Programs. Applications became available on August 9, and are due by September 8, 2011.
