NSSLHA's Rules and Procedures committee has oversight of the following national office activities:

• Regional Councilor Application/Selection process
• Executive Council Strategic Planning process
• Evaluation of NSSLHA representation on ASHA Boards and Committees
• Chapter Development/Recognition programs
• Bylaws Amendments
