NSSLHA Executive Council Openings

NSSLHA is currently accepting applications for

  • Executive Director
    The executive director is responsible for executing contracts within the guidelines established by the Council, negotiating the agreement between NSSLHA and ASHA, and supervising the director of operations and administrative assistant in the National Office.   • Editor
    The editor guides and advises the Council on all matters related to the publication of journals and newsletters. The editor also serves as the liaison for NSSLHA and the ASHA Publications Board. In particular, the Editor oversees the NSSLHA journal, Contemporary Issues in Communication Sciences and Disorders (CICSD). Select the above link for more information.

Applications for Executive Director and Editor will be accepted until October 12, 2009. Each positions' term will begin July 1, 2010. Interviews will be conducted at the 2009 ASHA Convention in New Orleans, Louisiana (November 19–21, 2009).
