What is the difference between being a member of the local chapter and the national association?
Membership at the local level affords the student with any and all benefits provided to local members.
Membership in the national association affords the student with access to a multitude of benefits. View the list of benefits of national membership available to students. Access to these benefits is restricted to students with national membership only.
If I join the local chapter, will I receive the national membership benefits?
A student that joins the local chapter and not the national association is not eligible to receive the benefits of national membership.
If I join the national association, will I receive local chapter benefits?
Membership in the national association does not guarantee access to local chapter benefits. However most chapters will extend additional privileges to students that have membership in both.

Applying for national membership is easy:
