Information for Exhibitors

Join more than 60 companies that exhibit their products and services at this annual summer conference. Connect with more than 1,000 speech-language pathologists, administrators, and heads of university-based programs eager to learn about the products and services you offer that will help them better serve their clients.

New this year: The Schools conference and the Health Care & Business Institute will co-locate. Two conferences, one shared exhibit hall. Designated Schools conference areas on the show floor will help attendees easily locate your booth. We'll also have special signage directing prospects to your area. Attendees' badges will be color-coded so you know at a glance who is in your booth.

Exhibit Fee

The exhibit fee is $1,050 per 10' x 10' booth. The exhibit fee includes:

  • One 6' draped table with two chairs
  • Carpeting
  • 11"x 17" identification sign
  • A complimentary listing in the on-site program guide
  • Three badges: One full conference registration badge and two exhibit hall-only badges
  • One complimentary post-conference attendee list provided via e-mail after the conference (names, affiliations if provided, and mailing addresses of those who opted to share their contact information; no e-mail addresses)
  • On-site security from Friday, July 10, through Saturday, July 11

There is a $100 fee per additional badge. The fee covers meals only, not education sessions. There is also a $199 fee per additional full conference registration badge.

Exhibits will be located in Halls B & C of the Phoenix Convention Center.

Exhibitors are required to staff their table during the Opening Reception, lunches, designated exhibit times, and refreshment breaks, but are not required to staff their exhibit between these functions. (This will be left to the discretion of the exhibitor and based on traffic flow.)

Application Deadline

Submit your online application by May 8, to ensure that your company is properly promoted in the on-site program guide.

Reserve a booth.

Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, fax, or postal mail by the close of business on May 8, 2015, to receive a refund, less $250, of your booth fee. If you cancel after May 8, 2015, you forfeit your entire booth fee.
