The latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer (PC), Mozilla Firefox (PC and Mac), or Apple Safari (Mac) are recommended for maximum performance, security, and stability.
In addition, Adobe Flash Player and Java VM are also required.
Please Note: Mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android devices, etc.) are currently not supported in the conference platform. You may not be able to access all the conference features when using these devices.
A wired broadband connection is recommended. Wireless, mobile, satellite, and dial-up connections are not always as fast or stable as a wired broadband connection. On rare occasions, disruptions to your Internet connection can result in sessions freezing up or closing abruptly. If this occurs, simply rejoin the session.
If you only see the conference logo after selecting the access link, it means that you have a pop-up blocker enabled. Please disable any pop-up blockers when you wish to access the conference.
If you receive an error message indicating, "You are already logged in on another computer," please wait for 5 minutes and try again. It is important to use the "LOGOUT" button in the lower left corner of the conference site to leave. Please do not use the red "X" or shut down your computer to leave. Doing so may cause you to be temporarily locked out of the conference site for a short period of time.
