What Your Career Fair Package Includes

  • A 9' x 10' booth with one 6' blue skirted table, three grey side chairs, carpet, and a wastebasket. The backdrape is blue, green, and silver.
  • Two 3' side rails
  • A 7" x 44" booth ID sign that includes company name (30 character limit), city/state, and booth number
  • Online resume database access through November 30
  • One job posting, unlimited word count, that expires on November 30 (Career Fair postings may not be included in any job posting packages previously purchased)
  • Two badges to access the Career Fair and the Exhibit Hall
  • Your company name and a 25-word description in the Exhibits guide when you register by September 12

Career Fair Booth Rates

Through October 13, 2011:
9' x 10' premium booth space (booths near high traffic areas) = $935 per booth
9' x 10' standard booth space = $850 per booth

After October 13, 2011:
9' x 10' booth = $1,000 per booth

How to Purchase a Career Fair Booth

Step 1: If this is your first time posting an ad on ASHA's Career Center or registering for the Career Fair, complete the registration form, choose the booth type, then pay for your booth. Returning users login to reserve and pay for this year's booth.

Step 2: On September 15, login to post your free online job posting. Once we've approved your ad, we'll post it to the site.

Step 3: After your ad is approved, search the resume database and set up meetings with candidates who have indicated they will be attending Convention.

Recruiter's Badges and Lunch Tickets

Already registered and have purchased a booth? Create badges and purchase lunch tickets. Two Career Fair only badges come with your booth. Each additional badge is $75. Lunch tickets are $7.50 per day. Submit badge information and purchase lunch tickets by November 7, and have your badge ready and waiting at the Career Fair section of Exhibitor Registration. If you are a registered Convention attendee and already have your badge, come directly to the Career Fair Hall to pick up a pink ribbon. You will not be able to attend sessions or classes unless you register for the Annual Convention.

Search Resume

After you pay for your interview booth and post your ad on September 15, research potential employees by accessing the online resume database.

University Faculty

Recruiting for a University Faculty job? Universities with faculty openings can exhibit in their own designated area.When you purchase your package, please select the "Faculty Openings" option. Rates and sizes match those listed under "Career Fair Booth Rates" above.

Payment

Booth types vary (University, Standard, or Premium). A Visa, MasterCard, or American Express is required to reserve and/or purchase your booth. Booth assignment is made upon receipt of payment.

If you require an invoice, once you have a login and password for the site, please contact customer service at 888-491-8833, extension 1014, or e-mail customerservice+18226@support.boxwoodtech.com to request an invoice. You will receive a booth assignment once your payment has been received.

Shipping Information

Advance Warehouse Shipments

Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Friday, October 14, 2011 at the address below. Material arriving after Wednesday, November 9, 2011 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. If you wish, you may download the Advance Shipping Label [PDF].

Direct Shipments
