Three Ways to Register for Convention
Registration for the 2013 ASHA Convention will open in August 2013.
Register Online
To make your online Convention registration experience as easy as possible, you may wish to first check your membership status and category to verify that your dues are current. We also recommend reviewing the registration fees and policies before beginning the registration process.
Register by Mail or Fax
Complete and print the Registration Form and fax it to the number below, or mail it to the address below.
Note: If you fax your registration form please do not also mail it, or vice versa. Doing so may result in duplicate charges to your credit card.

Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your registration, we must have your request in writing by November 9, 2012. You must send your written notice of cancellation, via e-mail, to asharegistration@jspargo.com or via postal mail to:

Cancellation requests received before November 1 will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee, prior to the Convention. All cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment: if paid by credit card the refund will be issued to the card on record, generally within 72 hours of the request. Payments made by check will be refunded as a check and may take up to 30 days to process. Lunch and special event tickets are nonrefundable after November 1. Any cancellation request received after November 1 will be refunded AFTER the Convention, less a $75 fee.
The cancellation fee is a processing fee and cannot be waived.
