Three Ways to Register for Convention
Register Online
To make your Convention registration experience as easy as possible, you may wish to first check your membership status and category to verify that your dues are current. We also recommend reviewing the registration fees and policies before beginning the registration process.
Register by Mail or Fax
Registration by mail or fax is now closed; you may still register online or onsite in San Diego at the Registration counter located in the Lobby D area of the San Diego Convention Center.
Cancellations and Refunds
All requests to cancel Convention registration must be received in writing by November 10, 2011. Written notifications of cancellation must be sent via e-mail to asharegistration@jspargo.com or via postal mail to:

Cancellation requests received before October 1 will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee, prior to the Convention. All cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment: if paid by credit card the refund will be issued to the card on record, generally within 72 hours of the request. Payments made by check will be refunded as a check and may take up to 30 days to process. Lunch and special event tickets are nonrefundable after October 1. Any cancellation request received after October 1 will be refunded AFTER the Convention, less a $75 fee. The cancellation fee is a processing fee and cannot be waived.
