Appendix VI: Application and Renewal Fees for the Specialty Recognition Program
The following application and renewal fees have been established for the Specialty Recognition Program. For new Applications for Recognition of a Specialty Area, the fee must accompany the related documents at the time they are submitted to the CCSR. For Annual Renewal as a Specialty Board, the associated fee will be submitted annually according to a due date established by ASHA. Fees are payable by check (made payable to ASHA).
