As a graduate student or recent graduate, you may be considering the career opportunities that are available to you. There are many! As communication sciences and disorders professionals, you may prepare future professionals by becoming college professors; working in the schools and in health care settings, managing agencies, clinics or private practices; engaging in research; executing programs of hearing conservation for workers; developing new methods and equipment to evaluate problems or developing evidence-based methods for diagnosing and treating individuals with speech, language and hearing problems.
