Course rosters are e-mailed to Providers typically 2–3 weeks after submission. It is important that Providers review these rosters against their reports to check for errors.
Roster corrections are due 45 days after receipt of the course roster. Please use this Roster Correction Form to submit any changes (adding participants, deleting participants and changing the CEU amount for participants.)
