(Rockville, MD - February 9, 2011)

"Communication and speech are vital, especially for members of Congress whose professional lives are so public. In cases like Rep. Giffords', successful speech therapy can depend on several factors. They include the nature of the brain injury, the availability of medical treatment at the time of the injury, the support of family and friends, and time." —Dr. Paul Rao
