Description of opportunity: We are asking for your assistance in helping us choose up to thirty applicants to participate in the 2015 Leadership Development Program for Managers/Supervisors.
The participants you choose will meet at the ASHA National Office on April 18, 2015, to kick-off the program with a one-day, face-to-face workshop. They will then take part in bi-monthyl virtual activities on selected leadership topics, and the completion of a leadership project.
If you agree to serve as a reviewer, you will be required to participate in a thirty-minute orientation conference call on Monday, December 8, at 2:00pm ET, to review the goals and objects of the Program and the specifics of the review process. The review period will open immediately following orientation and must be completed by 3:00pm ET, on January 12, 2015.

Responsiveness and adherence to deadlines are imperative for this activity. If selected, you will receive a link and dial-in information for the Reviewer Orientation.
Experience Required: Experience providing objective and constructive feedback to program appllicants. Ability to review projects and assess applicants' potential for leadership growth pending acceptance into the program.
